Every hotel has a story to tell, and it is both our responsibility and our great-est pleasure to ensure it is conveyed. We draw inspiration from the sur-rounding location, history, culture, natural landscape, and hotel brand to create a concept narrative that serves as the foundation for our design.

We understand the importance of designing within budget constraints to develop a well-rounded and detailed project. Our extensive network of hospitality-focused purchasing agents and manufacturers provides a wide range of high-quality products at any budget.
Design Process
- Work with the client to establish a budget
- Establish project schedule
- Design concept synopsis – design narrative, preliminary design presentations
- Space planning – preliminary furniture & partition layout, visualization sketches
- Develop schematic design and concept
- Provide drawings and visual aid to support the design
- Selection of fabrics and finishes
- 3D renderings
- FF&E specifications
- Providing detail drawings including elevations, millwork details etc.
- Coordination with architect, MEP, lighting consultant etc.
- Final revisions for drawings
- Submittal of FF&E specifications to purchasing agent for bid
- Submittal of construction documents to contractor for bid
- Review of bids against budget with client
- Coordination with contractors and answering RFI’s
- Coordination with purchasing agent
- Review and access installation
